What’s Included:

✔ Pre-made dough for hands-on shaping and folding practice

✔ A sourdough starter to take home

✔ A banneton (proofing basket) for your shaped dough to take home

✔ Printed step-by-step instructions and resources for reference

✔ Snacks during the class

Since sourdough requires long fermentation, your shaped loaf will need to proof overnight before baking at home. Instructions for this final step will be provided! I will also being staying at the venue after the class so feel free to stay as long as you’d like to ask additional questions!
